TEGAN & INDIANA

Tegan and Indiana were married at Cammeray Waters in the Macedon Ranges, about an hour out of Melbourne. A white gazebo by the lake, open lawns and tall gum trees made it feel like a proper country wedding.

The bridal party brought the fun: groomsmen in beige waistcoats lounging in green velvet armchairs out on the grass, and bridesmaids in soft lilac, pink, sage and champagne. Tegan's off-the-shoulder gown and the cloudy Macedon sky gave the whole day a soft, romantic feel, from the rings and getting ready to the outdoor ceremony with everyone gathered around.

Choosing a country venue near Melbourne? The Macedon Ranges can turn cool and cloudy even in summer. Soft cloud is great for photos, but bring a warm layer for after sunset.
